The AVL sensor GU22CK is an accurate and robust 6.2 mm plug-type combustion pressure sensor. Based on a well-established design that allows high accuracy, this indicating sensor features an integrated heat-conducting element and a sensor identification cable (SIC) for sensor data management (SDM).
Thanks to minimized mechanical contact between the mounting bore and the sensor housing, there is no influence from the mounting bore on the pressure signal. The sensor includes thermally optimized piezoelectric crystal elements and thermo protection that can improve the cyclic drift by 0.3 bar.
The sensor has a measuring range from 0 to 350 bar, an overload limit of 400 bar and a sensitivity of 34 pC/bar. This makes it both a durable and precise combustion sensor.
