description
In this webinar, we present our solution for model-based calibration of gasoline engines. The basis of the new approach is the combination of the AVL engineering enhanced solution with the AVL CRUISE™ M crank-angle resolved cylinder model. This ensemble allows simulation models to be parameterized without extensive measurement campaigns. Ultimately, this leads to better predictability, allowing you as an engineer, to solve a wider range of calibration tasks by using the same model.
Key topics and takeaways:
• Advantages of the mean value approach for model-based calibration
• Comparing crank-angle resolved and mean value solution
• Automatic model transformation from mean value to crank-angle resolved
• Insights into the application through use cases
